Remove stems/seeds from flower/budDecarb at 250 degrees F for 30 min. Note: at higher temps and longer times Cannabis/Hemp is degraded, both CBD/.3%THC and other compounds will be converted into CBN witch is great if using Sativa and need the relaxing effects of Indica, if so try decarbing at 320 degrees F for 60mins, (up to 1hr 30 min) grind flower fine, use 1/8 to 1/4  measuring spoon (depending on tolerance) to sprinkle on choice of food, or add to size 0 capsules.

Hemp plants and marijuana plants are both the same species. Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3 percent or less THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3 percent THC. CBD can be derived from both hemp and marijuana plants.
