  • This notice serves as a formal public disclosure. The ministry website bfreedindeed.net and all associated domains (bfreedindeed.com, amanitatinctures.com) are under active criminal compromise by an organized third party. This campaign has lasted over six years and has now escalated to physical theft and deliberate police obstruction.

  • What Happened

  • On Friday, May 1, 2026, at approximately 10:00 AM, I was en route to the ACLU May Day event in Salem, Oregon. I stopped at the Post Office located at 410 Mill St & Liberty St, Salem, Oregon to mail documents. While I was inside, my e-bike and attached trailer were stolen.

  • The trailer contained:

  • Protest posters and flyers for the May Day event.

  • My original ACLU intake request, hand-delivered earlier that day.

  • A complete whistleblower disclosure naming elected officials.

  • Documents to federal and state agencies, including the FBI, FTC, DOJ, IRS, FCC, SEC, and BBB.

  • Correspondence with Senators, Representatives, the Governors of Tennessee and Oregon, and the Attorneys General of both states.

  • Medical research documentation, including correspondence with the Alzheimer's Association.

  • Documents to Google, Facebook, T-Mobile, and AT&T.

  • ​

  • Copies to the Oregon Secretary of State exposing third-party attacks on my new devices and accounts linked to Amanita Tinctures LLC.

  • Some documents had been preserved elsewhere. Others had already been delivered to the BBB, Senators, Representatives, the DOJ, the Attorney General, and Congress. These agencies were already aware of the illegal tactics being used by what appears to be a COINTELPRO or DEEP STATE operation that has gone unchecked.

  • Police Obstruction

  • At approximately 10:00 AM, after the theft, I called the Salem Police non-emergency number to report it. I was met with a bot or automated recording that would not forward my urgent complaint to a human being. The system looped for approximately 20 minutes without connecting me to anyone.

  • At 10:09 AM, nine minutes after the theft, I received a spam call from (503) 996-0976. I did not answer. This matches the attacker's established pattern of taunting me immediately after an incident.

  • I returned inside the Post Office. The postman could not believe that a real person had not answered. He attempted to navigate the same automated system on my phone. Eventually, after roughly 20 minutes, a person picked up. The officer said, "Sorry, it has been too long since the crime. We don't have enough information. Try to fill out a report online. Goodbye." No report was taken, no officer was dispatched, and no case number was created.

  • What Was Taken

  • The attacker stole a trailer full of documents containing:

  • The names of the President of the United States, multiple Senators and Representatives, State Governors, and Attorneys General.

  • ​

  • Correspondence with federal agencies including the FBI, DOJ, IRS, FTC, FCC, SEC, and BBB.

  • A complete whistleblower disclosure naming every elected official and agency who received my prior documents naming the Wix impersonators.

  • ​

  • This is a national security risk. The attacker now knows every lawmaker and agency official who was notified of this campaign.

  • Prior Awareness

  • Before this theft, multiple agencies and officials had already received hand delivered documents documenting this campaign.

  • These agencies and officials were on notice. Yet the attacks continued. The theft occurred. The police refused to act.

  • All my devices, more than 20 over six years, are compromised. Attackers remotely adjust settings, delete calendar entries, and alter emails in real time.

  • All my email addresses are intercepted, including bfreed.am@proton.me, bfreed@duck.com, and bfreedcontact@proton.me. Outgoing emails are altered, and incoming emails from critical parties are blocked or diverted.

  • My website bfreedindeed.net was seized prior of the Base44 exploit (Wiz Research, July 2025). Unauthorized Wix contributor accounts include gary.sis.@wix.com, abuse1@wix.com, wix.service.tech@gmail.com, hamadwixpartner@gmail.com, issawixpartner@gmail.com, and johnsonwixlegend@gmail.com.

  • My domain bfreedindeed.com, purchased March 30, 2026 for $82.12, has been hijacked. The Whois.com account was taken over, and password resets were blocked.

  • My small business domain amanitatinctures.com is under the control of the same third party.

  • Why We Are Going Public

  • Because silence benefits the attacker. Transparency benefits the truth.

  • The attacker already stole the full disclosure on May 1, so public release does not endanger anyone further.

  • Multiple agencies were already notified, but no action was taken.

  • The Salem Police refused to take a report.

  • The public has a right to know.

  • What We Are Doing

  • Updated whistleblower disclosure: I am finalizing a comprehensive six-year disclosure of events. It will be mailed via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, in front of witnesses. The mailing will be documented, and the replies will be made public due to past and current impersonations by the attackers.

  • New nonprofit: We have incorporated "Bfreedindeed Ministries" as a religious nonprofit organization. Professionals will transfer our data from the compromised bfreedindeed.net to a new secured website on a monitored, uncompromised system.

  • Legal filings: Whistleblower Protection requests are being filed with the U.S. Department of Labor, DOJ, FBI, National Whistleblower Center, and Oregon BOLI via Certified Mail.
