Please be advised:
This letter, like many of the formal complaints, reports, and communications authored by Bradley F. Reed, was written under extreme duress and surveillance by malicious actors believed to be operating under the direction or knowledge of federal agencies, including but not limited to cybercrime units with oversight authority.

Mr. Reed’s personal computers, mobile devices, and online accounts — including Chemeketa Community College-issued systems and networks — have been compromised. Changes to documents have occurred even while devices were in airplane mode, emails were being actively composed, and Word documents drafted for print. Numerous incidents were documented of entire paragraphs being moved, deleted, or altered to confuse the narrative, discredit claims, or create legal vulnerabilities.

 

This document was a direct target of such manipulation. Sections of this letter were intentionally shifted and modified to appear disorganized or incoherent in order to discredit Mr. Reed’s testimony and obstruct his delivery of these allegations to DOJ, state officials, and the public.

Despite these acts of sabotage, the original sequence of events, evidence of those involved, and verified medical recoveries — including the documented reversal of Alzheimer’s disease and other incurable illnesses through cannabis therapies (as identified in US Patent 6630507B1) — remain preserved in hard copy records held securely offline.

The motive for these attacks centers on Mr. Reed’s discovery and successful treatment of Alzheimer’s, Chronic Pain, and other diseases using cannabis oil (RSO) and the public exposure of government-pharma collusion to suppress natural treatments for profit.

As the Founder of Bfreedindeed.net Ministries, I write to formally request urgent congressional oversight regarding a coordinated COINTELPRO-style operation targeting health freedom ministries, medical cannabis researchers, and whistleblowers.

Evidence confirms Americans for Safe Access (ASA) has been infiltrated by pharmaceutical interests to suppress cannabis advocacy and delay legalization while persecuting ministries exposing this.

Further, Wix.com Inc. has engaged in documented digital censorship, unauthorized platform modifications, and domain suppression against Bfreedindeed.net — corroborated through IC3 reports, Senate notifications, and AI-documented metadata tampering. This likely federal-linked operation demands immediate federal inquiry.

We respectfully request:

• Public hearings into COINTELPRO 2.0 digital and legal suppression campaigns.

• Federal review of U.S. Patent 6630507B1 for Alzheimer’s and chronic illness treatments.

• Formal inquiry into Wix.com’s misconduct and refusal to release ministry domains.

Expressing the sense of Congress that the religious, medical, and civil rights of American citizens to utilize cannabis for spiritual, health, and sacramental purposes must be federally protected, COINTELPRO-style suppression operations against health freedom advocates abolished, and that cannabis-only nonviolent offenders be released from custody.

Whereas cannabis is scripturally and scientifically proven to serve a medicinal, homeostatic, and sacramental role in human health and wellness;

Whereas the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) guarantees protection for natural sacramental plant use for religious purposes;

Whereas U.S. Patent 6630507B1, held by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, affirms cannabinoids as neuroprotectants and antioxidants;

Whereas COINTELPRO-style suppression tactics continue to target medical freedom advocates, faith-based ministries, and health whistleblowers, obstructing constitutionally protected activity;

Resolved, that Congress shall:

1. Federally protect the religious, sacramental, and therapeutic use of cannabis under RFRA.

2. Mandate immediate release of all nonviolent cannabis-only offenders.

3. Dissolve and defund COINTELPRO-style operations targeting religious and health freedom advocates.

4. Reinstate the DOJ Religious Liberty Task Force with oversight from Pam Bondi’s team.

5. Hold public hearings on U.S. Patent 6630507B1’s concealment and its implications for public health.

6. Cease digital, legal, and surveillance harassment against ministries like Bfreedindeed.net and other natural medicine advocates.

 I am writing to bring your attention to matters that greatly concerns me. My name is Bradley F. Reed a Medical Cannabis researcher and activist for the proper use of Cannabis for various medical conditions.

​

I have been under attack by individuals that have made threats, attempts on my life, and continuous harassment, abuse of all Social Media, Social Security Number, Medicare, Medical Records, All Devices, Bank Accounts, and Website bfreedindeed net (See attached documents of Medicare, Social Security Number, and Bank Fraud) to better help everyone understand what has led to these events I will be attaching evidence of the events that occurred between 2017 - Present and explain why these individuals persist in their misconduct, I was diagnosed with several incurable disease in 2017 by Dr. Sayed Monis, MD. At Neuro Sciences Centers - Brawley, CA 195 West Legion Rd. and Dr. Donald D. Vaughn, MD. McKenzie Medical Center, 205 Hospital Dr. Mckenzie, TN 38201 - 10/20/2017 (See attached) I found Cannabis if ingested reversed the conditions (See medical records verifying recovery) Dr. Suzette A. Kelly MD. United Neighborhood Health Services 526 8th Ave. South Nashville, TN 37203 Ph:(615) 256- 0197) (fax 615-256-0198) 10/29/2020 Dr. Shiva Natarajan MD. Memphis Neurology 7645 Wolf River Cir. Germantown, TN 38138 Ph:(901) 665-3123 Dr. Kelly will verify findings and the abuse from the agencies in question that prevented her from receiving medical records by controlling offices phones, fax machines, and computers including team (thought to be Pharmaceutical Mafia at the time, however, undeniable evidence reviles an agency) impersonating any calls or attempts to receive records. Please Note: All previous letters and emails that were written during this time were being edited to discredit recovery of all health conditions (Librarian at Mciver's Grant Public Library 204 N Mill Ave, Dyersburg, TN 38024 Ph:(731) 627-3153) called Dyersburg Police to the scene of team hacking their Public Computers to prevent other letters I was currently working under) this happened immediately after Governor Bill Lee had received his letter concerning my encouraging words of Legalizing Cannabis in TN and explaining the 100 s (to date 1,200+ diseases improved found on bfreedindeed net) all servers were controlled to harass and prevent the delivery of any other letters or emails, I was writing to other intended recipients to encourage Legalization, this is still happening today at any Library or server I work under but for more reasons as you will understand as you read along, I have asked three unbiased unaffiliated witnesses to verifying this content and delivery due to the ongoing circumstances of text being changed and servers controlled!

Nashville TN. 37243 Ph:(615) 741-3291) and Senator Raumesh Akbari Suite 764 Ph:(615) 741-1767 to verify the modified letters and emails that I was unaware at the time were being changed (All Google accounts were hacked by team, emails, letters, including three IC3 reports were being modified while being written, emails are being modified before delivery, I have never received a response from TN Senators or Governor Bill Lee) It is extremely important to understand only video calls will be effective in verifying any content when contacting and identifying call recipients due to the server corruption from what is now believed to be agencies impersonating calls, emails, including controlling of my USPS mail, preventing any activist like myself to support legalization in TN and further exposure of 8 web developers hacking all accounts, including protecting elected officials that hi-jacked bfreedindeed net and others found in document that are involved (See attached) David Hairston, CPA Chairman of the board, Safe Access Tennessee Mr. Hairston warned me about a group he called "The Drug Nazis" that would attack website, all social media, and devices, everything Mr. Hairston warned me of has happened just as he said, I was requesting Mr. Hairston to deliver what medical records I could obtain to Representatives and Congressman that would assist in their legalization efforts but was repeatedly denied, this seemed odd understanding ASA and The Tennessee Growers Coalition (TGC) had demonstrated they had the same goal in legalization of Cannabis in TN both organizations refused to deliver records or support doctors findings, I encountered legal issues related to shipping "RSO" (Cannabis oil) from Bend, Oregon to my Mother's address. It is essential to mention that, oil was produced to help save my Mother's Life and No Cannabis was ever sold and at the time of these events, I had already obtained my Masters in Cannabis and possessed comprehensive knowledge about the production and application of Cannabis oil, including Juicing for their medical benefits as medical records verify and shown in the website. 

It has been verified that the website which contains significant research and information related to the correct Cannabis usage for health benefits has been compromised (see attached SEO companies involved, Zoek CA, Skyfield Media TN and others that will be mentioned latter in this letter) It is strongly believed a government agency has modified the Wix software to fully control the websites content and sitemap manipulating its visibility on search engines such as Google and other search engines. It has been verified the site verification tags cannot be removed or replaced and current tags have been modified to control how it is found on Google, a government agent (See attached) was found making changes to content and sitemap illegally without being invited or having permission, the agent was quickly removed as an unwelcomed contributor and immediately I was hacked by individuals impersonating Wix support that have (Eastern accents) to gain control of another new P.C. Impersonators have refused to cooperate in returning of calls, answer submitted tickets or chats after team was reported to Senators listed in this letter, impersonators stopped all contact (abuse1@wix com was the email used, recorded calls verify email is not a valid Wix email) also every debit card used to pay Wix through compromised payment system resulted in numerous charges draining accounts, my last payment that went through the Wix impersonators corrupt system 12/15/23 was also compromised and payment rejected after receiving confirmation of payment accepted, impersonators refuse to return calls to correct payment, website renewal date is 1/15/24 All 55 pages have been attacked during and after development. These actions aim to discredit the valuable information and recovery of all health conditions which website provides additional insights into another 590+ diseases improved or resolved, including 640+ rare diseases improved due to the effect Cannabis has on our endocannabinoid system. (Please refer to the website for more details) 

I would like to highlight the key reason behind the TN Governments elected official’s involvement in seizing control of the website. I had written Governor Bill Lee a letter explaining the tremendous need and benefits of Cannabis legalization in TN and how it would improve many health conditions due to its effect in improving our endocannabinoid system, I was contacted by Mel Davis from Zoek (Eastern accent) Mel Davis picture was removed from Zoek's directory, an in-depth investigation would be needed to identify the actual individual due to another recorded call verifies a different Mel Davis, all calls were recorded from 2020 until 5/25/22 and Senators received letters stopping anymore contact) Mr. Davis and his team received access as an contributor to website, not knowing their plan at the time but after realizing they were hired to prevent website from being found and to discredit all pages, I quickly removed his team as a contributor (Bank account used to pay Zoek was compromised) I was then immediately attacked, hacked again by individuals impersonating Wix support with (Eastern accents) afterwards I visited Mayor John Coopers office of Nashville TN seeking a credible SEO company due to all of my Google searches resulted in incorrect information of each SEO companies (12) office locations (See attached, agency controlling google search) when calls were attempted to contact local SEO companies I was speaking with the same (Eastern accents) to regain control of site (impersonators have destroyed over 12 laptops and 13 phones including over 20+ email, google accounts, account devices would receive a one-time passcode for all accounts that were never requested (Website has never received one email, or call due to team controlling all devices and accounts impersonators would always ask for a screenshot to control P.C. But now Wix software has been modified to control site without showing as a signed-in contributor, team has stopped requesting screenshots) team has been instructed to silence the vast number of medical conditions, rare diseases, discredit website and prevent it from being found, that have shown improvement or reversal through correct Cannabis usage, as supported by medical records attached, and research found in website have contributed to this decision that the elected officials listed are believed to be primarily responsible for the theft of website and Wix software, knowing the TN government driven by its relationship with the pharmaceutical industry comprising 313 pharmaceutical companies in the state of TN (See attached) which choose to suppress the information in the website of Cannabis that would improve the health of suffering Americans, and could potentially cure multiple diseases. 

An undercover agent, possibly an undercover narcotics agent suggested I contact ASA David Hairston for help, agent took part in arresting me at my mother’s house. Considering her death battling Cancer that RSO Oil has proven to cure, it is disheartening to acknowledge that the legalization of Cannabis may have provided her with extended Life, However, the government's refusal to legalize or educate the public on the correct usage of Cannabis and its deliberate obstruction of legalization for profit-driven motives contributed to my Mother's, and Father's untimely deaths!

I was contacted by two individuals who assured me that obtaining a 215 Medical Marijuana card and ordering from their website was legal in TN (Individuals sold me a doctor’s recommendation ordered by Physician "Stefan Arnon MD. #8352708001" that turned out to be Fake, after visiting Washington, DC delivering complaints on Zoek to BBB Angela Orbiz, I visited a dispensary where I was informed the 215 M.M. Card #G15154 was indeed a Fake, and was another entrapment attempt set-up by the agency) Astonishingly, the website was believed to be setup by the same 8 web developers (Recorded calls verify there are 8 developers involved) believed to be Zoek or a TN SEO Company identified in this letter (Vouched for by John Lassiter, Mayor John Coopers Liaison)  including the website of Skyfield Media was believed to be performed by the same 8 web developers, and Brad Cowart of the intelligent office located at 315 Deaderick St. suite 1550 that impersonated the SEO Company and was verified by Nashville BBB (Better Business Bureau) specifically Laura Grisham verified that their pages were "404" (See attached) "The Company does not exist in our area. You may file a complaint with the FTC Federal Trade Commission" I did report Skyfield Media to the FTC, SEC, Attorney General Slattery of Nashville, TN and others, however, the server and emails were controlled by the Agency in question, these Individuals / Agencies are believed to be working with Mayor John Cooper's Office and Governor Bill Lee's Office to control bfreedindeed net (Please note: impersonators have modified the Skyfield Media website to mislead others into believing it is a credible website and possibly started doing minor business transactions to cover their crimes, however, Miss Grisham will verify her findings)

After Brad Cowart failed to gain full access of website account, editor, and dashboard, I immediately purchased a new P.C. and quickly changed the password and after the many failed attempts to control site that is when the decision was made to modify Wix software, and take full control of website as documents will verify, I was led by my controlled "Maps" Google account to "2 the top media" owned by “Professor Ross” I was met by “Amber Felgenhauer” a billing specialist at "Social Link" in Nashville, TN Amber had me sign-into my Wix account on her Laptop, afterword’s Amber disappeared and was never seen again, this is believed to be part of Mayor John Coopers team that took full control of website. (See attached Senator letters, and Attorney General Complaints)

The aforementioned team engaged in other deceptive acts, including impersonating a Gibson County Circuit Court Clerk. This impersonation was a deliberate ploy to mislead me about a court date, resulting in a FTA (failure to appear) and subsequently a 47-day jail sentence at the Gibson County Correctional Facility. It is worth noting that this incident coincided with a break-in of my vehicle, where important documents including the date for the next court appearance were stolen. I believe that this team possesses a key to my vehicle, as it has been broken into thrice in Tennessee, and many times in Oregon! The Reason for the many break-ins are over a book, I unfortunately mentioned to John Lassiter after he asked if I was documenting the events, I received a call from Mr. Lassiter in Bend, Oregon saying that Skyfield Media could be found on the internet and was an legit company, Mr. Lassiter also committed on speaking with Senator Jeff Yarbro about events but quickly changed the subject when I asked about Mr. Yarbro not responding to modified letter, and allowing threats.

I would like to bring to your attention an incident involving Angela Orbiz of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in Washington, D.C. I personally handed over documents to her office and filed a complaint against Zoek located at 530 Technology Dr. Ste. 100 & 200 Irvine, CA 92618 After removing Yaseen (A former Zoek employee) as a contributor, I promptly experienced a hacking incident. Subsequently, I received communication from an individual impersonating Angela, stating that my complaint against Zoek had been closed, however, knowing Angela's voice, and upon returning to Washington, D.C. verifying this information with Angela, she confirmed that she had not contacted me or closed the case. I have detailed records of these events and urge everyone to investigate this case of impersonation a BBB Employee, including the manipulation of BBB complaints that could only be found when I was signed into my Google account, if I signed in as someone else the complaint could not be found, again this indicates an agency or someone with high Google clearance is controlling how properties are found on Google.

Also I would like to give more detailed information about my vehicle being broken into and documents of evidence against agency being stolen including my next court date appearance that resulted in the 47 day (failure to appear) Jail sentence, the break-in was reported to the Dyer County Sheriff's Office, 401 E Cedar St, Dyersburg, TN United States, Tennessee Officer Reynolds #729 but refused to accept report after viewing my I.D. that is still controlled by the investigating agency, my phone was controlled by the team when a Gibson County Court Clerk was impersonated during a call when I requested the next court date due to documents were stolen from vehicle, impersonator give false information of court date, when I arrived in Court on date and time given by individual impersonating Clerk, the Court informed me of missing Court date by two days, this resulted in a 47 forced FTA sentence (failure to appear) at Gibson County Sheriff's Department, Trenton TN Gibson County Correctional Facility 731-855-1121 I had previously hired Mr. Charles M. Agee Attorney at Law (731) 285-8747 to represent me in court proceedings of Judge Mark Agee Contact Info. 731-855-7664 however, I received a notice of a complaint filed against Judge Mark Agee in my name, I quickly wrote Judge Agee a letter to explain it was not me, and that the investigating agency were able to manipulate all of my devices, and impersonating anyone I contacted through compromised phone and emails, I explained I would not accept a plea as Mr. Charles M. Agee had suggested knowing I had done nothing wrong by only using Cannabis as Medicine, and it being the correct manner intended to be used, Ingested, not smoked, after it was removed from Judge Agees Court it went Federal, this allowed the prosecutor to force a 47 day FTA (failure to appear) for my sentence, (I had no priors or convictions) I quickly hired Harold Edward Dorsey; Address: 107 S College St: Trenton, TN 38382-1832; BPR Number: 019361; Status: Active, and paid him his requirements of $1,000 however, Mr. Dorsey was coerced or choose to leave me in Jail for the full term of sentence without any representation from Mr. Dorsey (Please request court videos from Judge Clayburn Peeples, Gibson County General Sessions Court System, Tennessee Mr. Dorsey refused to refund the $1,000 payment he did nothing to earn, instead it was understood that he had been in an unlawful act using Cocaine and a Prostitute prior to this event and was doing the prosecutor a favor for a favor by leaving me in Jail. As his past records will verify, I received no representation and was out $1,000 for trusting this corrupt system! After I was released I contacted Rachael Gibson, Assistant District Attorney at the District Attorney's Office. Trenton, Tennessee and explained what happened, including asking that disciplinary action be taken concerning Mr. Dorsey's actions, however, nothing was ever accomplished or any discipline action has accorded, afterwards the team investigating me for further conviction increased due to successfully manipulating the court system, and those involved, surveillance, and harassment increased dramatically, team had cameras installed around my Draughts house where i was presiding, and not long after this I made a decision, but unwillingly that I must move away from my Family in fear team would eventually make good on their death threats that would end my life or cause my Daughter and Grandchildren serious harm or death, I moved to Bend OR.

I requested that all of my concerns be addressed, and appropriate action be taken with disciplinary actions of those involved in the modification of Wix software to control site (illegally) without showing as a signed in contributor, and address the evidence of Corruption in TN to rectify these issues over the greed of Pharmaceutical money, including the agencies continuous harassment that is being allowed to be performed daily be stopped, also the illegal control and attacks on my social security account (See attached, Agency linked a Felon with rape charges to my SS#) all social media accounts, all hacked devices, controlled and prevention of medical records, Medicare, bank accounts (See attached bank records verifying) and website being attacked daily, these attacks are to prevent housing, gainful employment, or even the ability to volunteer after background check is run (See attached background check) agency has prevented the delivery of medical records by controlling all fax, emails, and phones at every location I visited or requested records through prior doctors, agency removes my application for housing at every location I have applied by illegally hacking their servers, agency contacts every clients land line to control phones after visiting to preform my duties as a caregiver for both Comfort Keepers in Brentwood, TN and Addus Homecare in Keizer, OR (See attached records of being put on permanent leave from Comfort Keepers until situation is resolved, and Addus Manager can verify one-time passcode request that I never requested for my Care-Trax app to harass clients phones were documented) all of my clients would receive a call to control their phones, agency is controlling GPS, and I.D. When I visit a Police station to file complaints, I am turned away or meet with a Sherriff, and a Mental Health Evaluator to discredit my name, and officers refuse to document ongoing harassment, this has happened Twice at the Salem Police Dept. Four TN Police Departments, Three Sherriff’s Departments, all have refused to take complaints due to I.D. shows the Agency controlling an Investigation) Salem Police have documented on recorded video (Please request video of officers refusing Police report request, and to discredit all evidence) I am requesting these issues, and many more that have not been documented in this letter (See attached) be addressed, and everyone be assured this never happens again, and all involved be disciplined for their misconduct, including the corruption in TN over Pharma money, and Corrupt Court System be addressed by BOPR, DOJ, Corruption Committees, Congress and those with the Power to rectify this Corrupt System, including the suppression of vital information related to Cannabis usage and the intentional obstruction of its legalization serves as a disservice to the suffering Americans in TN who voted, and trusted these individuals that would benefit from its therapeutic properties.

While in Bend, OR the harassment of the website, and vehicle break-ins increased searching for the book that I regret telling John Lassiter anything about, believed to be either Governor Bill Lee's team the Anti-Cannabis Task Force, and or Mayor John Coopers teams involvement in break-ins in TN that took full control of website (The day after I told John Lassiter about the book my vehicel was broken into and the first book was stolen) I was contacted by Agent Hill of the Memphis Field Office on a 3 way recorded call asking if I knew the names of my attackers, it should be noted Agent Hill and Jake B. on Wix impersonating recordings have incredible similar voices, I contacted the Memphis field office requesting to speak with Mr. Hill and was told there was No Agent Hill at their location, All Three FBI IC3 reports were controlled, undocumented and were modified to discredit evets, and crimes committed against me during 2019 - Present (See Social Security and IRS Identity theft reports attached) all 3 IC3 reports had date removed before going through controlled server, and form was modified to prevent credible documents, this was a deliberate act to suppress information of the involvement of elected officials, and agencies I was being investigated by, and to silence the information of team hacking all devices and prevent further exposure of teams to BOPR, FTC, SEC, DOJ, AG due to attacks are coming from agencies, I was forced to physically visit Four FBI offices in attempts to stop the continuous harassment, the Bend, Oregon FBI Office, Located in: Mill Point Business Campus, Address: 730 SW Bennett Way, Bend, OR 97702 Phone:(541) 389-1202 did receive many of the documents of the team hacking all accounts but informed me i'd have to show a loss of 500,000 before they would investigate, nothing was ever accomplished and believe agencies were working together (See DOJ Civil rights Fay Waters and Mr. Taylor of Mayor Wheelers office letters attached) the "agencies" "pharmaceutical mafia" AKA "The ‎Drug Nazis" (these individuals are believed to be all one and the same, and work together for the highest bidder) these teams also control google, and prevent me from finding credible SEO companies, and lawyers to represent my case due to fear of exposure of the modified Wix software, and their continuous abuse of misconduct, that they have repeatedly been allowed to get away with and prevent book from being published, I turned to another Judge in Bend OR, filed for a protection order agents the corrupt SEO companies involved (agencies are believed to be using these companies as a front to deceive the public, and receiving control of their Cannabis websites) I was denied due to asking for protection order against Zoek, and Skyfield Media (Recorded call to manager impersonating Fake SEO Company said Skyfield Media was Brad Cowarts website, and he does not work here anymore, Senator Jeff Yarbro's personal Liaison will verify that I reported this to her in may, 2022) documents can be found of Judgement at the Deschutes County Courthouse 1100 NW Bond Street Bend, Oregon 97703. I kindly request everyone's assistance in investigating these matters and ensuring that the truth prevails, leading to a more informed and compassionate approach to the usage of Cannabis for medicinal purposes in Tennessee, and that disciplinary actions are taken assuring these Corrupt Individuals, and Agencies preventing Medical records, housing, jobs, attacking all accounts, including Social Security, Medicare, and Bank accounts be addressed (see attached) and a protection order, and Whistleblower protection be granted due the death threats, and attempts that have already occurred, with disciplinary actions. It is truly disheartening to know our own government agencies would attack anyone over improving their health, and prevent education of becoming healthier over the greed of Pharmaceutical Money, to know the crimes these individuals are getting away with is truly a disservices to all tax payers that pay their salary, I have attached supporting documents to further illustrate the seriousness of these issues, it is noteworthy to mention the recorded death threat came from a man going by the name of Lester who is impersonating Wix support and has an (Eastern accent)
